Investigating

Due to a delayed datacenter migration with our SFTP provider, ShareTru, the SFTP host sftp.certify.com is currently offline. Any automated data transfers, such as user syncs, project syncs, or expense report exports, leveraging sftp.certify.com will not run as scheduled until the service is brought back online by our provider.

Please note, all corporate credit card transaction data transfers have been migrated to a new SFTP service at sftp.expense.certify.com, and are not impacted by this issue. Additionally, some organizations may be leveraging the new SFTP service (sftp.expense.certify.com) for data transfer. sftp.expense.certify.com is not impacted by this issue.
